The fee for accompanying persons covers the conference dinner on 27 May.

Terms and conditions
By registering for the conference you accept the Terms and conditions of the EUROSHNET 2026 Conference.
Cancellation and refund policy
Any cancellation of participation should be made in writing to tapahtumat@kokouspiste.fi. When notice of cancellation is received by 27 April 2026, the amount paid will be refunded, minus a processing fee of 35 EUR + VAT. Cancellations made after 27 April 2026 will not be refunded.
No additional fee will be required to transfer the registration to a colleague from the same organisation. A change of participant may be made no later than 7 days before the date of the conference, to tapahtumat@kokouspiste.fi.
Certificate
The conference is not considered as training in the strict sense; no training certificate will therefore be issued. Each participant will however receive a a certificate of attendance.
