Call for posters
The 9th European conference on standardization, testing and certification in the field of occupational safety and health provides a forum for you to present your work in an informal and interactive setting. Posters are ideal for presenting recent results or for giving an introduction to interesting and innovative work in progress.
We invite all participants to submit posters addressing the current and expected changes, challenges and opportunities related to standardization, testing and certification.
Please note that posters with a commercial approach will not be considered.
Submission of poster abstracts
If you would like to present a poster, please submit your poster abstract via the online form by 17 April 2026.
Poster abstracts must
- be written in English
- not exceed 200 words
- indicate the author's and co-authors' details requested in the abstract submission form
- be submitted by 17 April 2026
The poster abstracts will be reviewed by the Conference Organizing Committee. The decision of acceptance will be communicated on an ongoing basis, and no later than 24 April 2026.
Poster requirements
All posters should be in English in size A0, portrait format.
Poster presenters must bring a printed version of their poster (printing onsite is not available).
At least one of the poster authors must register for the conference as a participant.
Poster sessions
A Poster Minute Madness session will be held on 27 May 2026, during which authors of the accepted posters can present their poster in a snappy one-minute pitch.
All accepted posters will be displayed in an open space so that authors and participants have an opportunity to connect with each other and engage in discussions about their work between conference sessions.
Best poster award
The conference participants will vote for the best poster. The winner will be announced on the second day of the conference.
